Our Reception Team have been trained in Care Navigation which allows them to signpost you to other services if appropriate.
It is possible that in response to your enquiry, we may suggest self care, alternative services better suited to your needs or direct you to contact 111 for further advice. Additionally, you might be offered the next available non-urgent appointment with a suitable clinician, this may be the Doctor, Nurse, Health care assistant or in-house pharmacist.
