Join us to see how Shibashi Tai Chi can help with the self-management of pain and improve mobility, through gentle controlled movements.

There are many benefits to keeping moving, but how can you do this if you have limited mobility? Our Seated Shibashi Tai Chi course will provide you with meaningful and lasting techniques for the self-management of pain and improved mobility, and provide a safe space for you to learn, practice and connect with others doing the same. These weekly classes (spread over 6 weeks) will include a warmup, instruction, practice time and a cool down, drawing on a variety of Qigong exercises and Tai Chi based moves that will optimise the health benefits of mindful movement in a seated position. Each week focus on particular moves from the Shibashi Set 1 (18 different moves) helping you to learn in a structured and enjoyable way, and to enable you to complete the full set of moves by the end of the course.

Bydd ein cwrs Eistedd Shibashi Tai Chi yn rhoi technegau ystyrlon a pharhaol i chi ar gyfer hunanreoli poen a gwella symudedd, ac yn darparu lle diogel i chi dysgu, ymarfer a cysylltu ag eraill sy’n gwneud yr un peth. Bydd y dosbarthiadau wythnosol hyn (dros 6 wythnos) yn cynnwys gynhesu, cyfarwyddyd, amser ymarfer a sesiwn oeri, gan dynnu ar amrywiaeth o ymarferion Qigong a symudiadau seiliedig ar Tai Chi a fydd yn gwneud y gorau o fanteision iechyd symudiad ystyriol wrth eistedd. Bob wythnos canolbwyntiwch ar symudiadau arbennig o Set Shibashi 1 (18 symudiad gwahanol) gan eich helpu i dysgu mewn ffordd strwythuredig a phleserus, ac i galluogi i gwblhau’r set lawn o symudiadau erbyn diwedd y cwrs.
