What are electronic prescriptions?
Electronic prescriptions are an easier way to get your medicines. Instead of printing and signing paper prescriptions, staff at your GP practice will send them directly to the pharmacy you choose.
EPS helps you, the NHS and the environment.
What do I need to do?
Just tell staff that you want to use EPS. We will do the rest.
Staff can tell you how to order your prescription. The only change is that, in most cases, you won’t get the green prescription form from your GP practice.

Dywedwch wrth staff eich bod am ddefnyddio’r Gwasanaeth Presgripsiynau Electronig. Fe wnawn ni’r gweddill.
Gall staff ddweud wrthych sut i archebu eich presgripsiwn. Yr unig newid yw na fyddwch, yn y rhan fwyaf o achosion, yn cael y ffurflen bresgripsiwn werdd gan eich practis meddyg teulu.
