Well Baby Clinic

These clinics are for immunisation and monitoring the development of children up to the age of five. Appointments are sent by the Health Authority’s computerised recall system but open access is also available.

Do not bring ill children to these clinics, they should be seen in normal surgery.

Minor Surgery

Dr Alun Jones is able to do some minor surgical procedures at the surgery, for example incisions, excisions of small skin lumps, skin tags, cysts and sebaceous warts. These procedures are booked into a specialist clinic from a waiting list. Dr Jones or the other GP’s can add you to the waiting list following a routine consultation if suitable.

These clinics are held in the Mumbles Surgery with Dr A Jones and a Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant.

Corticosteroid Injections

Dr Alun Jones and Dr Laurence Kerrigan are able to inject some joints in the surgery. This appointment will be booked by Dr Jones or Dr Kerrigan following a routine consultation.
